Lack of respect and unworthy behaviour
Young people have started their education in medicine because they want to help people to relieve them from suffering. Young people often care for the diseases from fellow-man.
If they choose this profession because of the money, I think that this education is a wrong decision.

The tale of the cholesterol
The last year’s cholesterol has been given a worse name. It used to be below 10 mmol/ltr but this figure is being adjusted all the time. Cholesterol is made in all body cells but mainly in the liver, bowel, suprarenal glands, reproductive organs and placenta. A small part is given by nutrition. We gather that cholesterol is a poison of which we can die from. This is a big misunderstanding. With a shortage of cholesterol we will become seriously ill or die from cancer or a heart disease. That is why cholesterol is indispensable for a good health.
A too much of cholesterol is a sign of disease like fever with an infection and not the cause. By oppression of fever the pneumonia cannot be healed and one’s health will not improve by artificially adjusting the level of cholesterol by poison.

Dus meer dan het aantal inwoners, doordat sommigen meer dan één ziekte hebben.

Milk not as good as we think
There has been a lot of commercials and they still are advertising a lot to convince people to drink milk with slogans like:
Milk is good for everyone; Three quarters for men; Milk, the white engine;
Milk is a must.
There are also people who think the opposite. In the magazine “Esquire” from November 1998 there was an article called:"Milk, the white murderer"
In the U.S.A. many doctors and specialists are trying to call the attention to the negative aspects of milk. Unfortunately they have had no success yet. The farmers are still subsidized for the production of milk by the Government and they have to drink milk at school.

Breast feeding, the safest nutrition for the baby
This title means that breastfeeding is the safest way to give the baby enough nutrition, to support their resistance, to stimulate their growth physically and mentally to provide them of the most important minerals and vitamins and to lay the foundation for their health later on.
